CMB American Express Cardholders are entitled to our elaborately designed Membership
Rewards. After your company chooses to participate in the program, it is up to you whether to
pay for membership.

Rules for Membership Rewards:

Program Enrollment Fee: RMB10 /year. The charge will be collected the next day after you are enrolled in the
program. The charge collected will not be refundable or deductible. If you have not canceled your member-
ship by the same date the following year, the charge for the following year will be collected automatically.
You will get 1 point for each RMB 20 or US$2 you spend through your CMB American Express Card.

Membership Rewards Terms:

The Membership Rewards for your CMB American Express Corporate Card will be activated upon your
membership enrollment and become unavailable upon the cancellation of your membership. The Membership
Rewards may not be traded for gifts if invalidated.

Staying at a hotel with four stars or above will double your point accumulation.
We provide special rewards for you on Business Travel. If you stay at a hotel with four stars or above, you
